Whats the best pre-paid cell phone?

How much do you use your phone? Pre-paid plans usually end up being much more expensive than a regular plan.

i dont use it alot and i know it will still probably be more expensive. but i've been with cell one/alltel for the past couple years and i made the mistake of getting a couple of my family members phones on my account and they went way over the minutes and refuse to pay it. so until they help pay, i'm gonna go this route because i know it will be months.

STi is good if you just want internet access for cheap; if you want to talk I have no idea; pre-paid will kill you its worth it just to use Verizon or Sprint...

eh fuck it, i'm gonna pay the phone bill and just pay the $300 to cancel their 2 phones...that will be cheaper in the not so long run anyway

i know there relitves and everything but with bills like that maybe treaten to take them to court and see if they well help out on there bills
