Should I blow it up?

Well I have a 93 prelude with a h23 and a nasty know, it still runs good, but knocks really loud. I just baught another engine that is perfect and will be swapped in soon.
I was planning on running the car hard and stuff until I blew up the old engine, or are any of the parts off it worth saving?

you could sell the bottom end to someone with an H22. Put the H22 head on the H23 block...Excelent if you wanna boost the motor, H23 are strong motors -
That crank will fit in a h22 bottom end right??? Cuz if so drifterextreme will be looking for one i think??? IF its in good condition
