Sounds like me when a van of mexicans flipped me off so i flipped them back off and drove by. Long story short, cops ended up at my house and said the people wanted to file charges but since no officer was there to witness the crime they couldnt do anything about it and that i was just supposed to watch it. I don't see how the rule can be changed for you, except for the whole different state different laws thing...good luck man.

the kind of car you drive and the age bracket you are in basically dicks you. good luck not losing your liscense. write down the story and call the police with it. if nothing else you will be able to recite your own in court and hers, well, pray it deviates from the complaint she made.

Now she is filing charges on me for harassment and the cops are giving me reckless endangerment and my license revoked for 6 months. So all in all this lady told the cops i was swerving at her and flicking her and passing her at excessive speeds. This lady was driving a new black Jeep Grand Cherokee and driving like a complete asshat. This is ridiculous because the cops didnt see what happened and all they know is that i was supposedly driving like an idiot and messing with this lady which i wasnt. The cops arent going to beleive a 17yr old kid whose had his license for a little over a year and a half over a 40+ yr old woman. THIS IS BULLSHIT!!!You started it and you kept on giving her road rage. No one is to blame but yourself. She should have not pulled out infront of you that was wrong. But that happens to 100,000's of people aday around the world. Guess what deal with it thats part of driving a vechile.
I dont think you need your license taken away, but you need some self control.:icon_study:

Had the same shit today as some asshole sat on my back bumper for about 12blocks and I was already doin about 30-32 in a 25 so finally I said fuck it slowed to 25. The guy honked so I threw my hand in the air like WTF and the guy passed my on a busy residential missing on comming traffic by about a 2 feet, then proceeded to slam on his brakes and be a real jack ass for about a 6 more blocks, when he saw me writing down his plate #'s and trying to make a phone call for about the next two blocks. To bad for him my phone was dead.
Never did I do anything to provoke his rudeness.
Also noted this asshole was driving a Black Jeep Grand Cherokee.

pardon him for accelerating passed the person...how the hell is he the one that started it when he was the one cutoff to begin with...you CAN'T tell me that you would follow somebody going 10 under the speed limit after cutting you off...so quit bitching at the kid for doing something that any normal person would do...if somebody just cut you off and was going 10 under the limit, i'm fairly certain that you proceed to pass them.

I got a exhibition driving ticket for sounding like my car accelerated too hard. I fought it but still lost. The judge told me to get some mufflers on my car, after I told him it was stock like it was at the time. Have fun trying to get out if you have a bad driving record or you are young. Its not to bad not having a license, it starts getting to after a while though.
