TIG welder/honda turbo manis

my dad was telling me that he was talking to on of his friends that works at case and he had said that one of the guys that works with him(i think as a welder) has a full metal shop at his house with a tig welder and everything and started not to long ago producing turbo manis for honds, or esle he is just welding them for somewhere. does anybody know who this is? he said he was over there and there was over 20 off them
also besides SLS is there anywhere around here that does good tig welding for aluminum, we need some stuff welded up.

My guess is that's Matt Faul's neighbor, he's a welder for Case, but last i checked he didn't have a metal shop in his garage. Their building Supra log manifolds not Honda stuff.
