i'm kinda lookin for an appt...all depends on price...i know they are old and kinda scatty, but a 2BR appt. at trollwood is less than $400/month (as of 4-5yrs. ago anyway)...laundry and elec. extra i think...still pretty cheap...but the only semi close school is NDSU beings it's so far north...

The market is ENTIRELY different now.

Yup, you can still get a two bedroom in North Fargo for around $400-$450 pretty easily. If you look a bit you can easily find an apartment in this town to fit any price range since there are so many. I'd suggest holding out a few months if possible because apartment management companies tend to offer fewer discounts right when school starts because the demand is so high. Later in the fall it will be easier to get things like a $99 deposit, free rent for a month, etc.
