power steering rack

I need to replace the power steering rack on my 91 tsi, has anyone on here ever done it, if so how hard is it, I think me and Gnarkill are going to try and pull it off.

It's easy with no motor.So just wait for it to blow it shouldn't take to long.Space is the bigest issue.
