Barring some crazy amount of provisional democrat ballots in Ohio that have yet to be counted, I will concede that Bush has won. He is my president.

geez dave, you make it sound like chuck has no right to mope

chuck, have you ever heard of hugh hewitt? he's on the radio, i'm just not sure where around here, and is quite the conservative. he has a book called "if it's not close, they can't cheat- crushing the democrats in every election and why your life depends on it," i recommend you read it. i just started it a couple of days ago, and i think it's quite interesting -
Not moping at all, I kinda expected it, but am still disappointed.
To answer the important issues....yes, the car is running, tranny is back in it, new suspension, wideband O2 on way, header on way, couple other goodies on the way as well.
I am also going to take this opportunity to let you all know that I will be running for a city/county office in the next two years.... As a democrat, but a fairly conservative democrat (or one REALLY liberal republican...lol). I ask for your support!

What kind of legal/political background do you have? Any kind of law school? Or what kind of education period?

This is no doubt probably true. You think they'd have practice w/ throwing the baseballs; cuz isn't it like a tradition to have the pres. in the 1st game throw the 1st ball? or did that dwindle away???

bush'd put his shoulder down and run the damn ball.Either run it the wrong way (like the war)
or straight into the ground (like the economy)

I have a degree as an electronics technician. I'm not going to lie and pretend I have a better degree than that. I have a degree in living in a state that continues in the same rut year after year after year. I have a degree of working in the middle class. I have a degree of running my own business for over 4 years. I have a degree in wanting a better future and economy for the state of ND. I probably have done more political research than most of this board combined.Any other questions on my experience?

Chuck, when running for office make sure you don't pretend you can play sports if you can't. I'm pretty confident Kerry would be president now if he wouldn't have pretended to have been able to play football.Ok, won't pretend....though I did have a football scholarship in the works had I not injured my neck in HS. I competed (rather poorly) in Basketball, Wrestling (we didn't have hockey) and Track in HS as well. -
Iowa state (or the whole state) sucks Chuck so that doesnt count. Wrestling is a plus on the ol resume though.

couldn't resist....
