I never drove them but i did work on all of them.Yeah, well for the sake of argument, I've worked on at least the following:

I'd hate to put up a list of what I've worked on as well... Chuck too. I've installed remote starters in MOST vehicles on the road.
God I don't even have time to type out all of the vehicles I've worked on.

Its not the rear drive part its the tires and the fact i dont want it on the street in the winter. If i total my cougar it'd be like losing an eye i love that car. There just inst that many around anymore and the ones that are around are in terrible shape. Last winter i had like 150 - 200 pounds in the trunk, that hooker should have kept her mouth shut, and i almost got stuck in my parking lot in like 2 inches of snow. The tires are just too wide and i can't afford new ones plus if i have to put my old rims back on for the winter it would make me sad, they are really ugly. Winter is depressing enough.

Exactly. Its stupid to brag about how many vehicles you've worked on. Hell, I can't even remember a lot of the ones I've worked on.
Just because you've been there and tightened a few bolts doesn't mean that you are a mechanic. I'm not saying that it doesn't either, but the point still stands.

Your cougar not being totaled makes me want to lose an eye.

Well technically everyone has a brain. It's what you do with it that makes the difference. I haven't seen the difference you make though.

Anyway, you should get an 86.

Heh, yeah, nearly every common make/model has a couple drops of my blood on the sharp edges under the dash from autostarts....
Basically what the OP has proven is that he has bolted on simple parts to cars (suspension, bolt on turbokits, etc....) I think GSR and I can both say that there is more brain activity installing a deck w/o a wiring harness than there is in bolting on a pair of struts or some headers.

A friend of mine drove his Turbo II Rx-7 all last winter with low-pro tires on the thing. He said it was better than most trucks he's had. And before you say anything it had a lot more power than a cougar and plus it was a lot lighter. And no offense, but I know this has been said before, if you dont like people ripping on your car then you shouldnt have came on here and started putting down our cars from the beginning. A good majority of the cars on here are a lot faster and better looking than any cougar. Hell even my POS CRX could probably either stay with or take that cougar. I dont wanna make any enemies or anything just my 2 cents.

I would definately advise you to stay away from imports, cuz you don't deserve to drive one,
and i think it is funny that you have a winter beater to drive instead of the cougar....that is like having a DSM for your reliable DD.

Ok so i tell you guys i know how to use a wrench, you question that, I give some examples, and thats still doesnt satisfy your doubts. Oh well wtf happend to the point of this thread, I never put down anyones car on here i was speaking in general terms about the "ricers" in F-M. You don't like my car thats fine shove it up your crack b/c i never said a bad word about any of you punks. Hell i like most of the cars i've seen since joining this forum, its just the cocky assholes driving them I dont like. I came on here started a civilized convo and i get bumrushed by all the pushrod hating asshats in fargo. You don't like the rumble of a V8 thats cool but dont hate me because i do. i understand i have given some of you guys other reasons to hate me and in every case i have apologized and tried to explain the spirit in which i spoke. Even now i don't dislike anybody here i just think your being pricks in how you are approaching this situation, why personally attack me and my abilities because you think my car sucks? It doesnt make sense. Oh and for the record i re-wired my entire stereo and dash after my deck got stolen. Every wire was cut even my antenna and power cables. I have the knowledge and ability to fix just about anything, including fab work. How many people do you know that welded guard rails for the race track in minot, then had them pass inspection. Those are 1/2 steel beams not exactly easy to weld.
