Fiberglass tonneau cover off of a '99 Chevy Silverado

It's a Cover Master "The Edge" fiberglass tonneau cover. It's the same one shown in these pictures:
I know they're not the greatest pics of the cover, but you kinda get the point.
The good: The cover is in excellent mechanical working condition. The struts work like new, and I have never had to "re-shut" it due to it not shutting.
The bad: IT IS NOT IN MINT COSMETIC SHAPE. It has some scratches and chips, but it's pretty good. Also, it's dark gray, and your truck prolly isn't.....but....that will work out perfectly, cause when you paint it, the scratches and chips will be gone!!!!!
It will also include a "Nyracord" rubber bed mat for the same truck. This is black in color and about 1/8" thick.
It will also include plastic tailgate cover (faces up when the tailgate is down).
I am selling because I am getting a spray-in liner and will no longer need this stuff.
Price is $300 or I will consider trades for an Access cover for the same vehicle.
