WTB: Snow tires

Okay, my car fucking sucks on snow. I came to that conclusion last winter when I hit a snowbank or 2. So basically what I am asking is if anyone has a set of 15" tires that are good in the snow. I have heard good things about Blizzaks but I also know they are quite expensive. Let me know what you got.

I have a block of wood that you can put under your gas pedal. It does wonders for traction in the winter.

Oh yeah, check tirerack.com. They usually have good deals on tires.

I have a set of blizzaks that have like 80 percent tread left. 150 and there yours 15" 205 60 15's

Well the tires I have on there now are 205/55/15's. I dont know anything about tires so If someone could help me out here that'd be great. What fits. What doesnt fit.

Well I was looking for 15" Blizzaks but I sold my car and bought a Civic. Now I'm looking for 14" Blizzaks. Can ya help me?

well idk what size they are.. but they are right now on si rims.. so if u wanted to get the rims too for 500.. i know the tires alone are 480
