Blinding rear views?

Tonite, coming back from grand forks, a large truck passed me, and after he pulled back into the right lane, a bright ass blinding light came from his drivers side rear view. Then as he got into the passing lane again, the same thing happened from the passenger rear view. I know my lights aren't high enough to be shining that much light back at me, so WTF.
