anyone on here or anyone seen it or know who it is? they must have just moved into the building my mom lives in behind the mall. black magnum with black tint, black wheels, and what looked like aftermarket exhaust, darkened tails, and aftermarket headlights. its PIMP!

the car is in some of the hooligans commercials i think, i've seen it driving sometimes, i thought he worked there or was a friend of the owner or something im sure someone knows.

Nope, it is my buddies. His name is Kyle. There are several magnums around but this is dark blue in color. I recognized amicheze's description with the license plate.

could have been dark blue. ive only seen it at night so it looked black to me.
