blue 1st gen eclipse/talon

someone decided to rev there new blow off valve there entire length of the street a couple days ago... blue 1st gen eclipse or talon didn't get that close of a look and then proceded to burn out... who was it?

just around that st. right behind Mr.g's and by hornbachers and petco and shit 6 car windows were broken out...i tihnk it was wed. or thursday night, me and my gf looked out her appt window and all kinds of cops were driving aruond with their spotlights on....if you drive down 42nd st. and take a right onto 12th ave S you;ll see all the glass on the ground still.....pretty crazy.

oh and all those windows were broken on 10th in front of my building... the glass is still there
