I have a alltel fone like 2 years old and its all scuffed up and scratched and shit...do u guys know if i could like get a different fone and keep my current plan i have now???

If your contract is up, or you are within 3 months of your contract expiring you can renew it 2 years for the sale price on a new phone. You can keep your existing plan or get a new one.

ya the thing is my contract isnt up and i dont think im within 3 months of my ending...soo idk

You can always get a new phone, just not for a cheap price...Look on eBay...

What I did was walked into alltell and started bitching at the first person I saw with an alltell nametag and told them my problem and I got a new phone for half of the retail price. SCORE!!

just be sure you dont buy a phone from somebody that still owes a bill on that phone. see it on small claim court shows all the time

you can always get a new phone but if your contract isnt up you'll most likely have to pay full price for it.
