So I originally was going to have to owe $8**.** on my insurance, went through the process of getting my grades sent in and got my good student discount so I now owe 5**.** on it according to the latest statement I recieved. Called in today to pay my premium and the guys like "alright for the Mustang...thats 87*.**" I was like uhh......no it's supposed to be $5 something and he tried to say something like "due to the fact that its parked and liability is off or whatever I owe the $800 and blah blah I really didn't get what he was saying so I said "alright i'll pay the $870 but you'll be hearing from my parents soon. Then he's like so you're driving the bonneville now correct. I said yes and he's like so are you going to be paying for the $129 due on that by the 26th or wait til the end of the month when its due? I said no and now that I think about it...I already paid them the fucking $129 for that and the fuckers sent me money back saying I paid in too much...now they're trying to get me to pay again. What the fuck's going on here? Are they trying to pull one on me or are they just playing their gay ass little insurance "lets legally scam every possible way we can" game?

i hate dealing with insurance compainies, they literally try to find any way they can to screw you. They are smiles and giggles, as long as you are paying their high premiums, but when you get in an accident and they need to pay you, then they are the biggest bitches ever.

Exactly, which is why this is pissing me off...My mom knows the game better than most people so thats why i'm going to wait for her to deal with it once she gets back from San Fransisco tonight but i'm still fuming over it.

Took me forever to get the check in the mail to fix my car.. Took them forever to get their crap together to realize they would be owing me $$$..
They also sucked to get ahold of and such. Very long time!
but I finally got the $$$ now time to go fix the car. -
Dustin I solved all of my insurance problems with one simple thing, moved to ND. By myself I no pay 518 dollars every six months on my civic, and thats the cheapest insurance I have ever had, even right when I got my license and had no accidents or tickets... When I got my ND drivers license, I was kicked off my parents insurance, but it was a blessing in disguise. It completely erased my tickets and accidents so I have a clean driving record as of last month!

Whos your current agent? Phil got my case when brad left.I would also recomend country to anyone. They were the cheapest when i checked rates 4 years ago. They probably still are but i have been pleased and have not needed to get any other quotes.

not even sure who took over my stuff when Brad left, I was primarily working with Joel over there anyway...not sure if he's an agent or just fills out the forms/paperwork for the agents....at any rate, they had the best rates w/ the best deductibles of anyone I'd gone.

Wierd i got a few different letters letting me know my agent had changed. He also wanted to set up a meeting to meet me and see if he could change anything in my policy to save me money. -
I got the letters, and since I was so new to the their policy I just ignored it...I still get letters from them, but for now haven't contacted them.
