I was thinking about driving to get one and start breeding, but if someone else wants one, I would be willing to pick one up for them. 75 dollars is 1/2 of what these things usually cost, and it's impossible to get these things when they are this young, and thats when they're the cutest. They make great pets, LMK -
Just to let you know, they are more work than you think and need as much attention as a cat or dog. I used to have 4 chinchillas and bred them. Not as easy as you'd think and they are kinda messy. If you get one I got a big cage and supplies for them I'd sell you cheap. I bred mine for 6 years and finally said they had to go because I couldn't give them enough attention and cleanup for 4 was quite a weekly chore.

I dont know where you got yours mike, but mine is awesome! he doesnt need much attention, but I give him more than he asks for. I play with him atleast 2 hours a day. We just got him a Ball(recomended by PSiedTSi) and he loves it. I bring him to the pet store atleast twice a week to look at the other chinchillas in the cage and ultimatly just get out of the house. I might have just got lucky but my little guy is awesome and I really think breeding would be quite interesting.
