Alright. PLEASE DONT WHORE THE SHIT OUT OF THIS THREAD LIKE YOU DID MY OTHER ONE!! ONLY POST IN HERE IF YOU HAVE A COMMENT ON THE CAR AND IDEA!!
Ok. I was thinking about trading my civic straight up for this car. Its a 1996 Honda Civic Hatch CX. 5spd. Around 130,000 miles and 203,000KM (the speedo is in KM)
Plans for this would be either a boosted B18 or an all motor K-series swap. I figured that instead of taking out a loan I could stick with a Honda and build it up.
I'm not trying to get your approval of the car I just wanna know what you guys think.

Yeah I figured if I trade straight up, its the one year newer, its a 5spd, Its got around the same mileage. I wouldn't be gaining or losing anything.

Yeah the speedo is in kilometers. But I am going if I end up buying it the plan would be to swap an SiR cluster into it. Its weird because its a 5spd with no tach?? IDK. But It would be painted championship white with white ITR 5 lug conversion. Type R front and rear lip with a mugen duckbill spoiler. JDM Type R ek hatches FTW!

CX's are base model. Just letting you know, have a newer car without power windows, power locks, etc sucks balls. I used to have a 97 hatch, mind you it was a POS, but It sucked not haveing that stuff, just something to think about. If you can get passed that, it would be a great trade for you!

If you can get passed that, it would be a great trade for you!Its got power locks and mirrors just no power windows. It has cruise. Autostart. Alot of CX's dont have these features but this one does for some reason. But I have been cranking the window in my coupe for the past 2 months so im pretty good at it.
