i have an hks ssqv, its not that.

my first thought was Tial...

98% sure it's an SSQV. It sounds very similar to the one my friend had on his Supra's old setup.
TIAL has more of a 'pssht' along with chirps than the chrips like the SSQV.
In fact, the Supra I mentioned had an SSQV on his first setup, and now it runs dual TIAL BOV's. I've ridden in the car under both setups, video taped, etc, and I am pretty damn sure it's the SSQV.

i'm pretty sure its notta bov...sounds more like a compressor surge to me
and if so a bov...the greddy type-rs sounds alot like that
but...then again, i'm just a silly little drifter
-
i thought it kinda sounded like a blitz, anyone had a blitz? good stuff?
-
My Tial sounds kind of like that, but it isn't the same....that could be the difference in boost levels or a number of things. Also, I've heard Brandon's HKS SSQV and it didn't sound a think like that....i guess though, after looking around at different vids, it could be either.....

from what i've heard the SSQV can sound like that, but on the cars i've heard it on, it doesn't sound like that.....it sounds to me like a Tial w/ a little turbo on higher boost....

Note for n00bs:
Almost all BOV's sound different at different boost levels.
That being said, my friend Chris ran 18 psi on his Supra, and it sounds identical. If you're running less than that, most times the SSQV will simply sound like a chirp, as it did on my friend Jeremy's 2G Eclipse on 1 BAR.
So I'm sticking to my guns that it's an SSQV.
EDIT: After reviewing the videos at the same time, I'm positive.
I'll host the my video on Streetfire if anyone is interested.

i ran 19 psi and its just high pitched chirp
