I was going to post the same thing, almost. Skate shoes aren't great, but not that bad either. Joel, lose 40 lbs and tell me how your back feels.

FYI for Joel: I don't work from this SAT through JAN 2. I go to the gym everyday, and i'm starting my skinny ass brother on a workout plan. You should join us. I'll get you started like we talked about.

Oh, and good feet soles are awesome from experience.

Attention Go Green! advertisers: For every Go Green! logo I have to see, I will throw another can of weed killer on the tire fire in my back yard

Kevin, I hate big Macs, and i'm not a heavy drinker... The insoles after one day made a HUGE improvement in balance, Whe I was running to my car after the game its felt like I had brand new feet.

How can it not be justified with the way people just throw away money these days. I will put it into terms that most of the people on the forum can understand in simplest terms....:D

Think about the personal life long gain....

                1. reduced back pain.
                2. reduced stress on knees and hips.
                3. also a reduction in foot pain and support (for collapsed big mac arches)
                4. Placebo effect (mental well being) giving the effect that they are doing even more than they are.

Already he feels more confident to run, albeit a short distance to his car, which, in return, may or may not cause him to be more active. In short that may be enough for him to motivate away 40 or so unneeded pounds. And by losing unneeded weight it will help with his chronic lower back pain and a lot less stress on his joints which may not be a problem now, but say 40 years from now when arthritis and other issues would arise, had he not purchased them, will have been avoided or lessened.

All in all what is 400 or 500, for something that does so many positive things for ones body. I am sure some people on the forum spend that much in Alcohol and Fast Food, in a month, how do you justify that?

maybe you should go and sell for them....

either way, way overpriced for what you get. I bet they do quite well though!
