Hi, I'm John. I drive a white '86 RX-7 gxl. It's old, and pretty slow (and dirty most of the time), but I still like it. The only mods are emmisions equipment removed and a straight pipe instead of a main cat (neccesitated by clogged-ness, still got two more tho :rolleyes: . Other than that, keeping it running leaves me no money for mods. shrug See you all around.

well, im not driving the fc again this winter. last winter was.. dangerous.. to say the least, not to mention getting stuck in the tiny snow berms left by the plows was a bitch, so im in the market for another car. nobody wants to sell thier older scoobys so guess what my other awd option is? i was looking for a celica all trac but shit those things are complicated.. i mean, damn. a galant vr-4 would be nice tho too. cant afford anything newish so its prolly gonna be a dsm for me. im keeping the fc of course.

hah hah, ya sure, that would be fun.. might be interesting. my clutch slips pretty bad sometimes, and i have the 3400 rpm mad ecu freakout hesitation common on FC's but it should be interesting to see whos hunk of depeche mode era nostalgia comes out on top. any mods on yours? remember mine is pretty stock. lemme know whats up.

Well, stock NA Fcs are supposed to run somewhere around 16s, so figure in my less than stellar driving skills and the aforementioned mechanical/electrical difficulties and see what you get. I actually like depeche mode, didn't mean to rag on them, so hows Allan Parsons Project.

depeche mode was an influence for ALOT of bands.. and deftones happens to be one of my favorite bands ever. they just keep putting out good albums. alot of bands had it, and lost it, but they still have it. whats your fav depeche mode album? i still have my original Black Celebration tape from 85 or 86 that my cousin gave to me when i was like 12 as 'required listening'. at work they play that godawful 'eye in the sky' song by allan parsons project all the time, and i want to kill myself each and every time. muzak sux.
