Just keep the underglow off period and you'll be set. For one thing, it's illegal and if the popo really wants they can tow your vehicle for even having them installed (especially blue and red). Secondly underglow is probably the most ricey thing to put on a car IMO. I don't know what could cause the suspension to do that but could it possibly be adjustable shocks/struts, or lack of isolaters in the back though that wouldn't cause THAT drastic of a difference. Someone else could probably lend some better ideas as to why its stance is the way it is.

Where in the hell did you hear that? oh and its Red and Green thats illegal...they would never tow your car for having neons installed, and not on, they wouldnt even tow it...if you left your car and the neons on.
Wait, your from mn....all of thier laws are strict as fuck....so thats probably where you got that from..Shane Lives in ND though.

I will pull my suspension apart this winter and switch the springs around, see if that makes a difference. As far as neons go, ive always liked them for some reason and still do like them contrary to what a lot of you guys think of them so i will keep them on my car, but i am also going to do a turbo set up this winter as well so it wont as much "rice" as you guys say it is at least in my opinion and also for all the altezza haters out there they will be gone by spring as well will be replaced with black housed tails with red l.e.d's to match my headlights, and if i get really good at managing my money lol i will have a VIS OEM carbon Fiber Hood as well

exactly^^^...however your suspension issue is kinda wierd...i thought it looks lower in the back because of some body work or something like that...you had mentioned earlier in this thread. i didn't mean to totally smash your car man...but i mean seriously...i agree 100% with what eric mentioned above...the body on your car from the pix looks decent...compliment it with suddle mods...not ones that totally change the look of the car i.e neon, etc.

im getting new rims, i bought them for $250 with tires from a bosnian guy because they look better than the 14" chrome (peeling) american racing rims that came with the car when i bought it, im open to suggestions on what rims to buy however that wont be until sometime this summer/fall i cant decide what would look good...

lol its not that much, just 2 crappy 12's the box is huge though doesnt weigh a lot maybe 40-60 Lbs
