Anyone know how to tune atv's?

I am wondering if anyone on here or if ya know anyone who knows how to tune atv carbs? I have a 1994 polaris 300 4x4 and i had to put a new fuel tank valve, throttle cable, tranny seals, and chains on and no I can't get it to idle or start easy without starting fluid. So anyone got any experience with these carbs to tune mine?

Ya... snowblowers arn't bad those little carbs are easy to tune, but the carbs like on atv's and snowmobiles take some talent and I have yet to master them.
