iPod Video

I just got one of the new iPod videos for christmas and all and it won't get off the "Do Not Disconnect" screen I have tried everything to reset it and it doesn't work... can i just let the batteries run out and try it again???

for all your ipod needs go to the help section at apple.com...thats what i do when my ipod freezes or just acts weird

apple.com didn't really work... i just had to let it run out of juice and then i plugged it back in and worked...
