Blue 05 STI

I worked on a Blue STI with Gold wheels. Had been in an accident and was over at Quality Auto Body (they send a lot of their alignments to us). VR decals on the rear window. Looks like the accident was pretty bad due to all the new parts and seeing the estimate on the dash.....ouch.

Kirk do you know what hit him??? and i feel sorry for who's car it is. i heard they had to replace alot of the back of the car

It's Steve Schulz (Sweetwrxlovin). Bad hit too. Should ahve put on the snow tires. The oe skins abviously weren't too gripy on the pavement in 18 degree weather on the twisties.those tires were a bitch to remove too. luckly got the blizzaks on now. although too late.

i heard it was a pretty bad accident...i thought steves had the silver wheels though...im probably wrong though.

from what it appears, all the wheels, or almost all the wheels, were completely replaced and brand new. Quality clearly stated to watch the wheels carefully when installing the alignment heads.

yeah, those BBS wheels are only like $550 a piece from the dealer i beleive.

thats what insurance is for in cases like this. pay your deductable plus an increase in rates and they cover the rest. Unless this wasn't his fault.

i think he was at fault...i heard he lost controll of his car when going around a curve...but dont quote me..
