What gym would you guys suggest is the best quality around this area? It's time for me to start working out...

Before I start hitting up the gym, I gotta get my workout plan organized and my diet organized.

Good gym? Lots of equipment? cardio lab? running track? all that stuff?

I like anytime fitness cause you can go 24/7 it's got nice new equipment, and if you go at night there's barely any one there if anyoen at all.. i am gonna try settin money aside to get another membership there it was 29.95 for just the gym and 39.95 if you want tanning too

Joe: I've heard some good things about that. But I guess i'd only need to go during the day and occasionally at night. so i guess the 24/7 i really wouldnt need I got to practice with my gaming team so we can win some tournaments w00t.

Going to france in July... Should be a fuckin blast. We are expected to place in the top 3 10,000 prize. cant wait!

Joel, when do you usually go to the gym?
monday-thursday I go whenever I get a chance. If I am alone I usually only do Cardio for an hour or so.
