Anyone have pull w/ Verizon

I was wondering if anyone on here had any sort of pull with Verizon wireless...I'm having some issues and customer service won't help me.

i know the manager at the verizon store here in the mall (west acres). what do you need done?

verizon customer service=people who dont know what theyre doing and if they do, wont help

just do what that one guy did and walk in and start throwing computers

if you go into the store. Call*611 and if you dont like the answer you recieve, ask to speak to someone higher up. I have never had a request for anything turned down...
