An update on this movie...
Here is a video of Eddie Griffin crashing an Enzo while practicing.

All of the cars used in the movie are owned by the producer; Phantom, Lamborghini Murcielago, Enzo Ferrari, Ferrari F430, Ferrari Scaglietti and two Mercedes McLarens, and two Porsche Carrera GTs. Both GTs were totaled during the filming.

I love his answer on asked how fast he was going, "90... 110 baby you don't do 50 in a Ferrari" They go on to state that they track was made for a max speed of 60.
