What happended to this building??

I forgot I had these picts on my computer. Happened a couple years ago, I missed it from happening by about 1 hour. It was a building right next to one I was working on..
The hint is in the last picture as to what happened..Pretty obvious

Building had just had some repairs to it. It was empty at the time. The guy in the building I was working on was there/ next door, he probally shit his pants though..
