I just tried to call Comptech to confirm these claims that are all over the automotive forums, but many MANY (S2K, NSX, Civic, HT) forums have had people that have called and spoke with comptech, and the rumors aren't rumors...

Anybody here talk to the horse's mouth? If not, I will confirm tomorrow... Sad day to see such a solid Honda/Acura supporter fail!

It is confirmed. Production has stopped, and unless someone buys the company, all warranty will be nullified and void. The gentleman I spoke with said they are not 'going bankrupt' but rather 'going out of business'.

Comptech makes some of the highest quality honda/acura parts on the market and have been a huge supporter of the various road race series. It will be sad to see them go.
