Anyone have a connection at hazers salvage? they have exactly what i want (95 impreza manual doors) and they want 150$ per door, the doors are beat up, and missing the molding. Even custom painted and foam filled doors like this go for only 200 total, but the shipping is too much...so, if someone can help me out

Info: the only Impreza coupe on the lot.
I need both drivers and passengers
I do not need the glass/mirrors/doorcards
I am perfectly capable of removing and transporting said doors.

They suck, I went in and asked on a price for a driveshaft and rear diff out of the s13 they have there they told me $550 if i pull it out. My dad calls 2 days later $400 and they pulled it. Everytime I need parts I go and remove them, leave and have a friend go buy them.

They hate me there.

YA they are bastards there, You can never get the same price quote because evertone that works there has their own ideas on what stuff is worth. And if you really want something and even mention its hard to find, the price goes up. They beat the hell out of their cars but will still charge more and for new parts. I used to toss shit over the fence years ago, but I try to stay away from them now unless I really need something.

And now when I go there, I usually am grabbing parts for like 5 different cars and I'll have a pile of shit and tell them I am not sure what its all for, and force them to make me a deal.

They really pissed me off one time, I grabbed a set of hood vents off a grand prix, to use on my fiero, one guy said $10 for the pair and when about to pay the old man comes out from abck and says thats too cheap, he said they sell for over $150 usually, and said I could have them for $100, so I told him to go fuck himself and took the parts back out to the lot and busted them.

Hazers fuckin sucks. I used to go there back in the day but now i know better. Not very good buisness people if you ask me. They kicked me out cuz i wouldnt give them my social security number to go out in the yard and poke around. Figure that one out.

I hate both Hazers and 7th Ave. I have horror stories from both of them. Too long to bother typing here.

They both suck so hard and have a warped idea of what "salvage" is worth.

I can't figure out how they make money when we all walk out on them when they tell us a $20 part will cost us $300.

Ya, they wanted $75 for shifter.

How ever 2 years ago I bought a rust free S13 with no body damage and i drove it home from there for $400

I just got three emails from east coast yards, 320 shipped to my door for both both full doors. I think i'll go back tomorrow and offer 120 cash and i'll pull them

You guys could try Roadside Salvage by Pelican Rapids. My Brother owns it and is usually the lowest in the state on parts(check car-part if you don't believe me. Problem is his selection is very narrow in the import scene, mainly chevys and sorts but he is getting in some good stuff lately.
