I am buying a new car and don't really want to pursue working on the conquests anymore. I love driving a turbo car, but nothing beats a V8.

I go the 87 TSI that I have invested over $800 into in the last 2 months and my very clean but not running 86 also.

    $1200 for the running 87
    $800 for the 86

I am not going to waste time posting everythign about them if no one is interested, so if any of you are seriously interested let me know and I can give ya the details.

It runs awsome, but has its issues for being 20 years old. Isn't perfect, and the tranny needs work.

What kind of issues does the black one have? How negotiable are you on the price? It is a TSI correct? And those conquest's, they are RWD are they not? Could I get a phone number with which to call you at, I would like to come and take a look at it.

I believe all conquests were boosted (TSI's)...all of them are RWD with factory LSD = drifting machine 🙂

                    bump for mike!!!

It has small issues, but runs and drives nice. Biggest thing is 4th gear is bad, a used tranny could be had for around $200-300 depending who has it, I have a good tranny in my other conquest but would want $1500 for the car with the other tranny.

Its is a TSI and has the performance suspension, can't remember exaxtly what they call it. Its rwd with the LSD so their is no way it will be a one wheel wonder.

Its a fun little car, being its turbo, it goes like hell, I would compair it to a porsche 944 turbo in power and handling.

My number is listed in my sig (look down) I will be around all weekend so give me a call.

My price is negociable with a cash offer, I am not going to give it away cause these cars are getting to be worth $$$. I am not forced to sell it, but just don't want to let is sit anymore. I love dring it and it gets great milage, but I got a new car and I am a domestic guy, so ya.

Just one more question, is it an auto or 5 spd? I noticed doing a little research, alot of them, that I can find, are automatic. I'm really looking for a 5spd, but I guess if it's an auto, no harm in checking it out.

Its a 5 speed car. If it were a auto, I wouldn't have baught it.
