Ya, from what I heard they did. Didn't they tell the cops they had to stop or something because they couldn't swerve into the left lane or something. Considering I was in the left lane, bout 5-10 cars behind you guys when they hit the brakes, and there was like a empty block ahead of me too. I mean couldnt they just turn the corner and park in the lot or something, some people are idiots.
