Anyone have a right side mirror that'll fit a 96CBR they want to sell me? Turns out they don't hold up well when they violently impact concrete.

I posted this here and not in the for sale section because I am just looking to see if anyone knows where any are at just sitting or randomly for sale. Anyways, I am looking for basically any kz1000, kz900, gpz1100(pre 86), z1, z1r, or any 2 stroke 3 cylinder. So if anyone on here knows of some for sale or just seen one chillin in some barn or backyard, feel free to shoot me a pm. Thanks, Jon

If you want something with a bit more traction (plan on a few passes at the strip or some harder corners) go to a Michelin Pilot Power or if even more cornering a Pilot Power 2CT. I can mount but until I have a building to set up shop I don't have a balancer. Can you get tires? PM me with info. I'm leaning towards the Pilot Powers.

No break in for chains but like Dave said it will stretch a good bite the first 500 miles. that's fine, mine should be here tomorrow. I'd thought about trying to get it together for a road trip this weekend but I'm probably better off in the truck for 2 hours instead.

I met a couple people last night that said they drove this run last year. It went to the DL area and down to the Pelican Area (I think, I wasn't 100% at the time :drunken_smilie: ). If I can get my butt out of bed in time to make the sign up I'm there.

I'll probably ride this one for a few years and then get a sport bike.
