Good turnout considering the weather. Thanks to LSE for opening there shop to us. It was a good time. I've got some pics here: http://mn3s.org/mitsu-day/index.htm later, Curt No problem curt! i had a blast

I've seen V-mount S14s with complete silvia conversions(right down to mats etc) struggle to sell for $13k...its just hard to justify 13k for an S13...

the 100's were air brushed....it was a nice car. The guy said it was $4,000 just for the air brushing....i dont know if that is canadian or american though. And that sunfire was very well put together in terms of bringing the interior to the exterior and vice-versa....lots of fiberglass work.

I dont know how many of you are big enough into the drifting thing around here but there is an official drift event going on in sioux falls, SD in may. Here is the exact post on RCR. Spread the word. I know most of you have heard about this but I will post it up just in case. Just to let everyone know we are not Bias as far as imports only, we would love for some domestics to come out and rock!! hope to see you guys/gals there This is the official South Dakota Drift Association post. That’s right SD is now an official sanctioned chapter by NASA/U.S. DRIFT Our first non competitive drift day will be held May 13 2006 at the Sioux Falls fair grounds. All vehicles welcome to participate-but obviously a RWD car will be the most rewarding. As stated before this is purely a fun day. Your car will have to pass tech inspection (tech sheets, rules and regulations will be available at the time of registration). You are encouraged to read and follow the rules. Now on to the basics Cost: 60 dollars for about 5-6 hours of driving, the layout will allow for almost continual driving Place: Sioux Falls fair grounds parking lot Time/Date: 9:30 am to 4:30 pm May 13 2006 Pre-registration is required before April 13 2006, there are limited spots available!! If spots are open the day of the event cost is 100 dollars. If anyone would like to copy this post down please do and post on your car specific boards, thanks. We hope to keep the drift days going through out this summer and summers to come. In order to do that we need driver participation!!! Also I may or may not check these forums regularly so please if you would like immediate attention call or email me. Also volunteers to help with working corners, set up/clean up etc would be appreciated If you have any questions or would like to register please email me at evolkriscud@yahoo or you can call me at 605 431 0425-if I don’t answer LEAVE A MSG PLEASE lastly I just got this confirmed today so if you go to US drifts website and nothing is showing up that because this is the first day we are official

AntiBling wrote: I enjoy tuner cars as much as I do an old hot rod, the same amount of attention and detail are put into them as the guys with hot rods do. And I guess to me the main point of going to a car show is to see cars. I'd rather not have to look through fog or get the shots on my camera f'ed up cause some laser shot at the wrong time, or have to listen to techno and rap music all day long. YESSS HEEELLLLL YEAAAAAH ANOTHER CAR GUY ON FARGO STREET NOT JUST ANOTHER KID WANTING TO PARTY AND GET DRUNK:D PREACH IT FELLO (ACTUAL) CAR GUY althought I do like loud music but at a car show I like to chat with other actual car guys and take pictures and enjoy the cars!!!!! just like when you go to sporting events now it's not about the game it's about the constant bombardment of music clips now

There is word of a drifiting event this spring/summer in Sioux Falls, SD. There is no set cost or date yet for it since they are still in the works of getting permission and land/lot to do it. Here is a link to the thread on it on SFR: Drift Event Thread If you have any questions you can email this guy: [email protected]
