    have you ever looked into any of the adhesives they use in autobody. 3m, lord fusor, evercoat and valvoline all make really good products. probly the best would be the evercoat since that one dont take a special gun, just a typical calking gun is all you need.

    A good start would be to find out how much current the stock bulb draws and how much the HID draws. I'm assuming that the snowmobile has a 12 volt electrical system also?

    For most cars you will get alot of knock at 17psi on stock pump... I had a Stock tsi with boost controller and anything over 15 psi would start knocking bad.... 43 counts. probly wouldnt hurt anything right away but over time it will. It may not knock in the first gear but if you do a pull from 1st -4th gear it will knock alot in 3rd 4th gear...Too MUCH HEAT My .02
