Either step up about it and ans say something to your manager or take the loss and move on.

Joel I am being realistic. I know it wouldn't come to court anyways because id be going through every other means of him having to pay up before then, including telling Summer, which would only result in him getting punishment workwise..pointless. He doesn't have to pay for anything right now being as it's working but if he had broken it he would have been paying for a new one.

What, because of water damage or what? I haven't taken any screws off or anything...either way I don't care about the warranty, the kid would be buying the new one.

there is an indicator (usually behind the battery) that changes color when your phone gets wet.

It's sat on a vent on the floor for the past 2 nights now and seems to be working OK as of right now. My 2 year plan is up in August so i'll get a new phone then anyways, I just don't/didn't want to have to pay for a replacment for one month only to get a different one again.
