Blue Subaru

Blue Subaru (not sure on the make). Had a big blue wing, gold rims, and had STI decal(s) on the front bumper.
Was a chick with blue hair and lots of peircings.
Any clue?

Torque is how far you take the wall with you -
with a bag over her head maybe... lol

I seen it this afternoon but a guy was driving it. It was coming out the strip mall over by 45th st and new scheels.
