i got the first and second guitar hero and they are both kick ass games

GUITAR HERO IS THE SHIT. In the second one you can play cooperative if you have 2 guitars and one person can play the bass and one person can play the lead guitar. Its a perfect party game dude. Trust me. Its funny watching drunk people get into it because they think they are going to be good at it. You should buy it. IMHO

I have the first one for PS2, played it during all my freetime for like 2 weeks, very fun game would recommend it.

I was playing that a little bit the other day and I just couldn't pull away, I couldn't wait to hit that next chord or start wailing on the next solo sequence. For anyone looking to buy the game, I highly recommend it. It's an awesome game and you don't even really have to be all that great at playing guitar to be "DA BOMB!"

It's actually called "Guitar Zero". If you want to play a guitar, why not invest all that time and money into a REAL guitar, and learn all the songs you want.

UMM..... that takes skill and time to learn... i would rather hit 5 buttons then play a "REAL" guitar.... :icon_geek:

So you're saying that Guitar Hero takes no skill to play? Thats exactly my point! All these people that play it religiously have all the time in the world to play it and play all the songs on "expert" level or whatever, but honestly, what if some of these people put all that time in on a REAL guitar? THAT would be cool, they could actually have accomplished something with all that time and lack of skill.

I have them both and I think they are great fun. Troy is the only one in our house that won't play it, I think he is scared.
