I'll take pix of the subs/amp later today if I get a chance, they are at my dad's house.
Price for the sub/amp combo is $550.
I'm not exactly sure of the dimensions of the box, but it fits in the trunk of my SRT perfectly.

The dimensions of the box are 37"x17.25"x10".
