Anybody looking for a place to live for a while here?

I'm getting stiffed by my roommate who informs me he's moving out of our apartment. Anyways, now i have to find a new roommate and figured I'd see if anyone on here needs a roommate.

the apartment is 1200 square foot 2 bed 2 bath. its just off 8th street by I94 in moorhead.
I can take some pics if wanted or you could let me know and we can see about meeting up and showing you the place. The least is up at the end of may, and the rent is 650 a month total. so it'd be 325 plus utilities.

true, but its preferable for me to find another roommate, since my current roommate is my cousin, and I'd prefer not to piss off the entire family. Guess this goes to show you, dont do business with family. It doesn't seem to work out.

Yea, the landlord will go after whoever they think they can get money from which means you since you are still around, sucks but sorry.

WRONG!!! North Dakota's rental laws state that if there are 2 people on a lease and one moves out the remaining person is responsible for all of the rent. It says it in much more attorney-like words though.

He lives in Minnesota though, different laws.

and i live in moorhead, MN, not fargo. so i have to go by minnesota laws, which I'm really not all that aware of since i've lived in ND most my life before this.
