          I quit November 2005 and have not had one since. Gained ~40 lbs since then as well but feel 100% better.

            I never have, and never will. I absolutely hate the smell of smoke. For those who have quit and gained weight because of it, oh well, I'd say you're better off with some extra weight than killing yourself by smoking.

                      most of the ppl that get cancer from smoking is because they quit at somepoint in their life.

                      not that it happens to everyone that way though.

                        guess thats one way of looking at it, kinda like someone dies in a plane crash because they quit flying themselves right? :rolleyes: i smoked from age 15-21, alot when i was in the field overseas, but i got really sick from it somehow, must have been those foreign smokes, but now the smell of it makes me puke, literally, blow smoke in my face and youll be wearing my lunch.
