mercedes slk 230 kompressor

so far, from what i have seen, most guys arent pushing over 250 bhp with the car. That allows it to run 6.5 0-60s which is not any faster than my car right now. Thats with a new pulley, cai, header, bored out throttle body and tune. some guys on the forum were talking bout using nitrous wet kit and getting some good gains. Ill have to read more on that. But from what it seems, its more of a luxury car. so its not worth spending gobs of money on it.

my Asian pride would be hurting if i did.

Kenn, like they said for the loan question, it depends on the bank. they usually will let you sell it, but you still are responsible for paying it off. Without paying it off, you wont receive a title for it. If you are positive that you'll receive enough, you should be fine selling it as long as the buyer can wait a few days to a week or so for the title to come through.
As for the mod questions, like Jim said, I highly suggest staying away from doing so due to the lack of items available and the expensive cost of repair. German cars rate the highest in the first place for cost of repair, you really shouldn't risk having even more now. If you go with a German car, I suggest just sticking with what they come with from the factory and enjoy the luxury of it. And make sure to maintain the sucker or else it will bite you in the ass later.

I was thinking the same thing Ryan. I realize that this vehicle is a luxury geared. Oh well at least it will keep me out of trouble speeding haha. As far as performance, i have been checking around and it is quite expensive. I may do some work if the warranty goes out. BTW the guy who is selling it bought the premium warranty package 3 years ago so it still has 3 years/100,000 miles warranty. woot woot
-
I realized that, but from what it seems on the forums, it is transferable. I was thinking the same thing.

yep the warranty is transferrable i just checked on the mercedes website.
