07 or 08 lancer?????

i saw a black lancer driving with valley import plates. a chic. it had the new bodystyle of the new evo 10 but without the hood vents and such. looked nice. I didnt think those were out yet????? i drove through the valley import lot but they didnt have any sitting out. Anyone else see it?

If the new evo/lancers were a person, it would be an asian who just got his face smashed in. The rest just doesn't flow that well. Its got the arches in the back. It went from a boxy sex machine to a round who knows what. Personally if I had a choice between a new wrx/sti or a evo/lancer based on looks I would go with the wrx/sti purely based on looks. Now if it was the Evo VIIII or the pervious model wrx/sti I would go with the Evo VIIII. I just think Mistubishi screwed up the look of the new evo/lancer. Thats all.

your analogy is horrible. I dont know if you came up with that or stole it from someone else, but the new sti series has a similar front end look as the evo. This pic of the subaru happens to be their ugly hatch.....I dont mind the non hatch subaru and would drive either sti or evo. I think they both look sweet, but give my edge to the evo becaus i am biased.

I personally think that the new sti looks a little better than the new evo. in the case of the older ones the evo looks better than the sti, but thats just my opinion.

well can't say i was a fan of the 07 STi's front ends or 06 w/e they are.. but i loved the newest evo

I was not aware of the new look of the subies. I was basing my choice off the lastest production version of the subaru. Basically, I don't like what they did to the evo/lancers. Personal opinion.

well the lancer i saw doesnt look the same as the evo doesnt have the hood vents, different headlights, different front bumper.
