Yeah don't remove it on your own from the rear windows.

I had to remove my tint awhile back and what I did was cut a black garbage bag to the size of the window. Spray the bag and window with windex then place the bag on the window. Park the car so the windows facing the sun or since this weather sucks you could probably use a hair dryer or something to heat it up for a couple minutes. Then take it off and use a razor to start peeling it off...if you let it sit long enough it should peel off almost completely with not much sticking. Then use steel wool to remove the rest of the glue that sticks.

When I removed mine, a razor blade worked for everything besides the rear window (defrost). I was not sure what to do there, so I went to the local auto paint & supply store and they gave me this stuff to use. It smelled horrible, and they stressed to me not to get any on my skin. But it got the tint off in a matter of minutes. I can't remember for the life of me what it was called though.

When I did my grand prix, I did all with windows in under 20min. My 240, me and my dad spend well over 10hours on it. It was at least 8 years old, 2 layers of tint, and then the factory clear shit. We took out the windows we could and the set them flat and soaked them with paint and decal remover, it took a couple times, but got it off. I also just replaced the rear window with one that did not have tint.

        PM me for:
        Sandblasting(I use glass beads)
        Diesel repairs or performance products.

Flamethrower, kicks ass, but not so good for the interior.

                          Removing tint from windows...
-Peel actual film off(adhesive will still be on the window)
-Use foaming window cleaner and a razorblade. Clean adhesive off window.
                          Rear windows...
                          Peel film off
-use foaming window cleaner and steel wool. if that doesnt work, use a normal rag/towel and adhesive remover(buy industrial shit)
