we were on 13th ave and he tried to race a stock d16. When we got to 9th st and 13th in w. fargo he was making a u-turn, he ended up loosing it and just spinning right back around and flew by us at like 60-70 miles an hour. He drives like an idiot

If you see a guy repeatedly doing stupid shit that is seriously dangerous, why not call the police?
I've had a group of "concerned citizens" call the po-po on me before, and it does suck, but sometimes people need to be calmed down or whatever.
If this guy is really being irresponsible and unsafe.. call it in. It sounds like he just keeps looking for kills in the same spots, so the cops should be able to show up and pull him over wether they witness him doing something or not (a cop can pull you over based on just a tip). If they see the guy doing this crap, so much the better.
I don't like "for profit" traffic enforcement any more than anyone else, but that is an awful lot of car to put in the hands of someone that isn't going to drive with any shred of reasonableness.
Someone should calm this guy down before he kills somebody. It could be your wife/gf/whatever that he t-bones or rear ends.

This is the guy that Jake bought his truck from...TOTAL hick. Fucking idiot. He would not shut up about beating neisemeyer (sp?) in kevin's old gold hatch last weekend. He said he beat him from a dig and 20mph roll...I kinda find that hard to believe. Also, he tried telling me how FWD hondas have an advantage from a dig over RWD...i pretty much wanted to punch him. Fucktard...

Fucktard...Torbs he did beat him i have it on tape! The thing was that bryan missed secound the first time,missed third the secound time and the third time he missed secound again. I knew he was gonna run off and brag shit up. Also bryan the next day said his tranny was just hot and wasnt shifting gears properly. I can also say that even with bryan missing gears it didnt take to long to catch up.
