This is probably the worst fucking forum on the net you assume to quiclky. I had heard he fucked up a pushrod, and yes i know how a motor works and i know what a connecting rod is also. If you read my post i said w/ a perfect driver it could do 12.5. This kid isnt mentally capable of ever going that fast so there it is. I was just trying to be nice and give a little update of what ive heard and then you turned my words around.

3800 lbs plus a suspension that is horrible for the drag strips means mid 13's for these cars, maybe a low 13 if you are a really good driver.
EDIT: And this coming from someone who has two pushrod engine cars, one supercharged, one nitrous.....

Cool i dont mind push rod cars. Its sweet that you can make it go fast or anycar in that case. The only point of my post was to tell the people on fargo street what i had heard about this car. Yes in my haste to post i said threw a rod instead of F'D up a push rod. I just dont see the reason people E-Thug so quickly. I made a mistake and its better so correct me than say insulting things. Unless your the kind of person that making fun of people on an internet forum makes you feel better about yourself, BTW we are on the internet.

GM states them as being a 13.0 car. IIRC most the mags. were saying around 13.3-13.5. A shitty driver and a motor going BOOM make it even worse.
Spun bearing normally refers to the rod bearings. This is what you probably where hearing about, and heard the word rod
Also, we would be somewhat more accepting if you would fallow the normall process of an intro thread.

You were talking about the rod that he spun, which is a connecting rod.
How do you spin a pushrod?
BTW, with a really good driver and an excellent driver it will run low 13s at 106. Most of them trap at 103. Most of them are running high 13s, low 14s.
I don't think that you are mentally capable of putting together a coherent and sensible post.

Wow fuck off i drive a fucking 1978 F-150 and a v twin motorcycle so yes i care for pushrods i was making a joke ( notice the haha at the end of it). and yes you can fuck up a pushrod. Have you ever seen how they work? More than likely it was the lifter that failed 1st I dont know if this aplies to the newer engines but i know it is for the old stuff. All im trying to get out of this is take some MIDOL it saves lives.
