rain-x removes paint on windows easily without scratching. as for the plastic and lights, you got me, never had any great luck in removing it from those.

I bought a car that had some extemely shitty start on body work, there was bondo on the windows and all that. Its a long processes, but its getting better.
O and i know to tape stuff off, but this is what happens when you bring your car to a shady dealership that does a $400 paint job.

I would say clay bar, or a good cleaner wax depending on how bad it is. my experience from working at a bodyshop is, tape tape tape anytime you do paint work. a clay bar and about two drops of dawn soap in about a gallon of cool water. if the paint is less than 8 months old, DO NOT use any wax or cleaner wax, paint has to cure for 6 to 8 months before you should wax it.:icon_salut:

^rattle canned FTW!
I got most of it off, and did some custom painting to cover the rest LOL! Its my beater for now.
Next issues.
There is something on the back window, NO idea what but a razor blade or brake cleaner does not touch it. If you wipe it off it ruins the towl or what ever you are using, it is something on the glass not pits in it.
The kid must have sone to siant johns or something. I want to take the sticker off and NOT damage the defrost, being that somehow it got damged on my car and 240 fog up really fast even when warm out. I have tried glass cleaner and a rag, I can not even get the sticker to peal off at all just tryin a corner with a razor blade.
Thanks for the help
