i am kind of in both of the dj scenes up here. theres a scratch/hiphop scene and there is a techno/raver scene, and most of them dont get along. i am not quite sure how i get along with both cliqs.i do not know djs 2 pills of e and that other jew one.
and dj rossco. not to dis my homeboy, but he's a cd dj. i know it takes talent but its just not the same as a vinly dj.

there are ways of getting as you say the "popular" songs on viynl- contact the record company

as for getting popular songs on wax. everything you hear thats "popular" is on vinyl its just a matter of $$$$. its easier to dl the song of the interweb and burn it to a disk then it is to drop $10 per single on vinyl.

not sure when bucknasty is playing again. but i know he will be in the dj battle.
the battle is on the 22nd of january and i think its at the avalon.
i doubt that i will be in the finals this year. although i did tie for first last year, the competion has really stepped it up a notch. **this show should not be missed. ** stupid birthday and bucknasty are going to destroy all who stand in their way. -
