creepy i just caught one i believe was exactly like that im no expert so not positive but looks very similar are they really that bad? and lucky i found it? ha

no worse than a bee or wasp sting, i guess it depends how your body reacts to that type of thing.
excerpt from webpage:

So no, it's not gonna kill you. I put an icepack on and it's not swelling anymore but damn does it burn, just like a wasp sting.
