This is not true, There is ways to get rid of a salvage title. Transferring it and registering it in many different states is one way... I know there's a lot of shady car dealers that do it.

And what I'm trying to say is, no matter how you try to get around it..... It will come to light sooner or later. You can never fully hide it. And yes we can agree that Torbs' car is a salvage car.
